
Dailymirror.news, Hyderabad, July 24, 2025: Guru Nanak University (GNU) has entered into a groundbreaking academic partnership with global technology leader SAP to launch a pioneering SAP-Integrated B.Tech Program at its Hyderabad campus.
This strategic initiative is aimed at closing the skill-employability gap by equipping engineering students with critical ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and digital transformation competencies.
The official launch event, held on July 23, was graced by senior leaders from top tech companies such as HCL Technologies, TCS, LTI Mindtree, and UST – all prominent recruiters of SAP-certified professionals. With this collaboration, GNU becomes one of the select institutions in India to offer an industry-aligned B.Tech curriculum integrated with SAP modules.
Speaking at the event, Sardar Gagandeep Singh Kohli, Chancellor of GNU, remarked,
“This SAP-integrated program is more than just a course—it’s a gateway for our students to become global professionals in the digital age.”
Dr. H. S. Saini, Vice Chancellor of GNU, highlighted the significance of the initiative,

The program is designed in partnership with certified SAP training providers and offers immersive, hands-on experience across both front-end and back-end enterprise technology platforms. It prepares students to take on ERP roles that are in high demand across various industries.
