Daily Mirror.News,Mumbai, April 22, 2025:360 ONE WAM Ltd, one of India’s leading independent wealth and asset management firms, has entered into an exclusive strategic collaboration with UBS, the Switzerland-headquartered global wealth management powerhouse. This partnership aims to offer Indian and global clients a more robust suite of wealth management solutions, leveraging 360 ONE’s local expertise and UBS’s international capabilities.

As part of the collaboration, both firms intend to offer integrated onshore and offshore wealth management services. Additionally, potential joint initiatives in asset management and investment banking are on the horizon.

In a significant move, 360 ONE will acquire UBS’s onshore wealth management operations in India through its subsidiaries. As a testament to its confidence in the Indian market, UBS will acquire warrants representing a 4.95% stake in 360 ONE, subject to regulatory approvals.

A joint leadership committee comprising senior executives from both organizations will be formed to identify and accelerate growth opportunities. This collaboration is expected to create enhanced value for clients and stakeholders through synergies in services and global outreach.
