The official announcement was made during a grand pre-launch press conference at Plaza Hotel, Hyderabad, attended by dignitaries and international representatives.

The press conference commenced with a traditional pooja ceremony, marking an auspicious beginning. Among the key attendees were Mr. Jupally Krishna Rao, Hon’ble Minister for Tourism, Culture & Excise, Government of Telangana; Ms. Julia Morley, CBE, Chairman and CEO, Miss World Limited; Ms. Krystyna Pyszková, the reigning 71st Miss World from the Czech Republic; Mr. Patel Ramesh Reddy, Chairman, Telangana Tourism Development Corporation; and Ms. Smita Sabharwal, IAS, Principal Secretary, Tourism, Culture, Archaeology & Youth Affairs, Government of Telangana.
