Daily Mirror.news,Mumbai,November 1st, 2025:Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited (MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tata Projects Limited, one of India’s leading sustainable technology-driven engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) companies.
The collaboration aims to boost construction efficiency and scalability, beginning with the Mahindra Vista project in Kandivali, Mumbai.
Under the MoU, Tata Projects will act as a strategic construction partner for Mahindra Lifespaces’ project execution. The partnership will leverage advanced construction technologies, sustainable materials, and digitally enabled project management systems to ensure on-time delivery, consistent quality, and a reduced carbon footprint.
