DailyMirror.News, Hyderabad, August 12, 2024: Arcserve marked its 10-year anniversary with Zilla Parishad High School, at Manikonda by celebrating the achievements of top students and supporting local educational initiatives. Since adopting Manikonda Zilla Parishad High School in 2022, Arcserve’s CSR efforts have positively impacted over 1,473 children.
At the event, Arcserve honored three outstanding students: D. Kushwanth Rana Chandra Verma, who scored 10/10 in the 10th board exams; S. Bhargavi, who achieved 9.8/10; and M. Miryami, who secured a seat at IIIT Basara and given the Tabs.
The ceremony was attended by Chris Babel, CEO; Michael Lin, EVP of Product Management; Ambarish Kumar, VP/GM; Karuna Geddam, Director of HR; and Swathi Tirunagari, Manager of Facilities & Administration and CSR Lead.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Chris Babel, CEO, Arcserve said, Over the past two years, significant progress has been made in academic performance, infrastructure development, and teacher satisfaction, including improved test scores, upgraded classrooms and playgrounds, and enhanced learning resources. The school, with an average annual enrollment of 1,300+ students, has seen notable improvements in student engagement and infrastructure.
Speaking further and said, to address the shortage of teachers, Arcserve’s donation of Rs. 8,00,000 to “Peoples Helping Children” will fund the appointment of 7 additional teachers for the higher grades. Comparative analysis of the 10th-grade results shows a 10.78% increase in student participation from 182 in 2022-23 to 204 in 2023-24.
Arcserve also continues its commitment to student well-being with programs such as the Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Program, Safe Period Program (distribution of sanitary pads), and career guidance sessions in collaboration with Nirmaan Organization, along with the distribution of sports equipment and hygiene utilities.
