The glittering event turned into a spectacular double celebration as it also honoured the 72nd birthday of the Group’s visionary Founder and Chairman, Mr K. Ravinder Reddy.
Mesmerising performance by singer Revanth left the packed audience spellbound, while employees, well-wishers, builders and industry leaders joined in the joyous milestone moment.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Kranti Kiran Reddy, Managing Director, Janapriya Upscale, said: “This is the fruit of 40 years of unbreakable resilience. Taking a nostalgic journey down memory lane, Chairman Mr K. Ravinder Reddy shared the inspiration behind Janapriya’s mission – Homes for All. “In those days, getting a home loan was a nightmare for the common man. The Housing Board, HUDA and HDFC showed the way, and I decided no family should struggle for a roof again. That dream gave birth to Janapriya – truly the People’s Favourite,” he said emotionally, recounting the highs and lows of four decades.
