The company has fixed the IPO price band at ₹185 to ₹195 per equity share, which has a face value of ₹1 each.

The Offer is a combination of a Fresh Issue and an Offer for Sale (OFS):
- Fresh Issue: Aggregating up to ₹3,771.78 million.
- Offer for Sale (OFS): Up to 46,754,405 equity shares being sold by the Selling Shareholders.
The Selling Shareholders include Promoter Selling Shareholders (Ankit Garg and Chaitanya Ramalingegowda), along with significant institutional investors like Peak XV Partners Investments VI, Verlinvest S.A., and others.
Allocation and Bidding Details
The IPO is being made through the Book Building Process and adheres to SEBI ICDR Regulations. The allocation breakdown is as follows:
- Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs): Not less than 75% of the Offer. Up to 60% of the QIB Portion may be allocated to Anchor Investors on a discretionary basis.
- Non-Institutional Bidders (NIBs): Not more than 15% of the Offer. This category is further divided into sub-categories based on application size.
- Retail Individual Bidders (RIBs): Not more than 10% of the Offer.

All non-Anchor Bidders are required to mandatorily utilize the Application Supported by Blocked Amount (ASBA) process, using their respective ASBA accounts or UPI ID.
The equity shares of Wakefit Innovations Limited are proposed to be listed on both the BSE Limited (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE).
