With a production capacity of 8,000 litres per day, the AWGs use advanced condensation technology to convert moisture from the air into 100% microbe-free, fresh, and clean drinking water.
The generated water undergoes multiple filtration processes, and essential minerals are added before consumption. These units function efficiently throughout the year, operating at ambient temperatures between 18°C and 45°C and humidity levels ranging from 25% to 100%.

Speaking on the initiative, Mr. Soumendra Mattagajasingh, Group Chief Human Resources Officer, ICICI Bank, said,
“At ICICI Bank, we are dedicated to sustainable and responsible business practices. Our environmental strategy follows the 4R principle-Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, and Responsible Disposal.
Atmospheric moisture contains several times the amount of fresh water found in all rivers combined, and by leveraging this renewable resource, we aim to reduce dependence on packaged water while making efficient use of nature’s offerings.”
