Under the agreement, Open Dhi will migrate its core suite of platforms to Vyoma Cloud. This includes DhiERP+ (an AI-enabled, open-source enterprise ERP), DhiADT+ (a workforce governance and global payroll platform), and Bhaiyaa (a hyperlocal omni-channel marketplace platform).
The deployment will utilize Open Dhi’s proprietary ‘Double Sandwich Technology’ architecture, which integrates a digital marketplace layer, AI-driven enterprise applications, and secure sovereign cloud infrastructure. The combined offering is designed to help businesses boost revenue, optimize operational costs, and tighten governance while maintaining absolute control over their data.

“Sovereign and resilient cloud infrastructure will be critical as India advances towards an AI-driven economy,” said Seema Ambastha, Chief Executive of Larsen & Toubro Vyoma. “Vyoma provides secure, India-hosted infrastructure to support this transition. Our partnership with Open Dhi will enable enterprises to scale on trusted domestic platforms.”
Shrinivas Racha, Founder of Open Dhi Group, emphasized the operational benefits of the alliance. “This partnership ensures our platforms operate on secure sovereign infrastructure built for scale,” Racha said. “Our integrated architecture enables enterprises to drive growth, reduce costs, and retain control of their digital ecosystems.”
The partnership aligns with India’s broader economic push to strengthen domestic technology supply chains and secure data localization as businesses transition into AI-driven environments.
