Dailymirror.news, Bengaluru, July 21, 2026: Mygate, India’s leading community management platform, has unveiled MIRA (Mygate Intelligent Response Assistant), a new suite of AI-powered tools designed to automate financial and administrative operations for Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) and housing societies.

The AI-driven solution simplifies complex tasks such as vendor invoice processing, payment reconciliation, collections tracking, vendor analysis, and financial reporting, enabling housing society committees to manage operations more efficiently.

According to Mygate, the top 25% of communities on its platform manage nearly 700 homes on average, collect over ₹3.5 crore annually in maintenance charges, and disburse more than ₹3.2 crore every year across 40+ vendors. Despite handling such large financial volumes, many societies continue to rely on manual accounting processes that are time-consuming and prone to human error.

During pilot deployments, housing societies using MIRA reported up to a 70% reduction in time spent on routine financial and administrative tasks.

MIRA automatically extracts data from vendor invoices, reconciles payments, tracks collections, identifies overdue accounts, analyzes vendor transactions, and generates financial insights within seconds. Integrated directly into the Mygate platform, it allows committee members and treasurers to retrieve reports and financial information simply by asking questions in natural language.

The AI assistant also provides detailed vendor payment histories, highlights spending trends, detects discrepancies, and delivers comprehensive financial analysis—even when users provide limited information such as cheque details. Mygate says tasks like reconciling bank collections, which previously required nearly 30 minutes of manual work each day, can now be completed in under five minutes.

Commenting on the launch, Shreyans Daga, Co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Mygate, said:

“Running a housing society is far more operationally intensive than most people realize. Committee members and treasurers manage finances, vendors, collections, compliance, and resident queries, often alongside their full-time jobs. With MIRA, tasks that once took hours can now be completed in seconds, enabling faster decisions, stronger financial governance, and significantly reducing the administrative burden.”

The launch marks Mygate’s latest investment in artificial intelligence to modernize community management. The company currently serves more than 27,000 housing societies and 5.7 million homes across India, while processing billions of rupees in community transactions every year.
